Please note that in the case where your order has been subject to a delay, we are unable to trace your package unless it has tracking.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or DHL.

If your address is in USA there will be no customs duty to pay.

There sometimes are duty and taxes that are added on once the package arrives outside of the United States.

This is hit and miss however, sometimes there are charges and sometimes there aren’t.  Forester Culture is not liable for these extra charges.

Returns/Defects

All products are considered final sale and cannot be Returned/Exchanged. Shipping, VAT, and other fees are also non-refundable.

 

*Defective Product Policy: In the instance that you believe you received a defective or inferior product please contact us at foresterculture@gmail.com to receive a replacement. We are happy to work with you even if an item is not defective. Sometimes decals get applied incorrectly and we understand so if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to foresterculture@gmail.com.
